1) on highway 62 coming home from yucca valley, there's this point in the road where it goes downhill and you can see a panoramic view of the morongo valley. this sight, coupled with the right song, makes for a highlight every time i drive down it.

2) i get annoyed working out around this time of the year because the gym is overcrowded with people trying to live up to physical resolutions. the treadmills are all filled up and being overused. the weights are used for too long and the machines have lame lines. i can't wait until february comes along when people start giving up and the gym is free again.

3) kelly clarkson's "my life would suck without you" = the comeback.

4) i love my clinical group. beyond learning and doing patient care...going to clinicals is made worthwhile spending time with vincent, tanya, lindsey, erin, virginia, ej, tommy, el-shaddai, kristen, susan k, susan l, and rodica.

5) if you're having a bad day, watch dave chappelle (as well as other comedians) and everything will feel a little better. seriously, i came home with a headache and i'm emotionally/physically/mentally tired...but a good laugh can really bring me back.

6) couldn't stop him in 2008, won't stop him in 2009...lil wayne feat. pharrell williams "yes." check out his interview in the latest GQ magazine. it's quite interesting.

7) after a year since we came up with the idea...betty finally watched the sound of music with me. i've never seen the movie and now that i have, i don't know how i went throughout life not having done so. good songs, good performances, and good story (even if the real story of the von trapp family is different)...the sound of music deserved its best picture oscar win.

8) today is the ching yang twins' 22nd birthday...so happy birthday catherine and clarissa!

9) the dream and mariah carey "my love" is a radio killa killa killa! the dream "rocking that thang" is also on point.

10) stafford white tees are the new love...sorry kirkland signature.
